TAVOL brand tower crane have exported to many countries, such as Bangladesh, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Cambodia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Kenya, Guinea, Georgia, Indonesia, South America,etc. We have many Projects in Cambodia too. Last week, thanks for our workers working hard, our another set of Tower Crane finished production. Because our client need the tower crane urgently, so we should arrange the shipment  before our Chinese new year.

The Tower Crane details are as below:

The 5Ton Tower Crane will be used for our old client new project. This old client has many building sites and they will build many building in Cambodia. We believe Cambodia will be more and more beautiful in the near future. We have provided more than 10 set of tower cranes for this old client. They were very satisfied with our products, thanks for their support for long time. We will try our best to meet the clients meet. For our tower crane, we made a lot of marks in advance, so that the clients can install it easily. The clients were very happy for our works of making the marks.

As for the tower crane painting: the main part's color is yellow, the balance weight cage's color is black. Our tower crane's painting has two top coats and two anti-rust paints, it looks very beautiful. It will not be a problem to use it for several years near the river. The masts' clamps are by built-in welding, which is very strong and enhances the stability. And on the mast, there will be one rest platform,when the people tired, they can have a short rest on the platform,it is our one good design too.

And for our drive cabin, it is with A/C not fan, it will improve operator comfort whether in summer or winter. The ladder of the tower crane will be welded inside the mast section, which is convenient for climbing and guarantees the safety of personnel. This ladder will be connected to the rest platform, again increasing the safety of personnel.

For the installation work, 6-8 Persons are enough. If there were more workers, it will be better. After the foundation was finished, they will start to install the base masts, the base mast will connect the base bar, it is very important work too. Please look at the pictures, the workers will start to install the base masts. The mast's installation need the truck crane, the truck crane will put the mast at the suitable site.

Then they will add the bolts to connect the base mast with the base bars. When we production the mast,we will mark the number on the masts, The client will easily to find which are the base masts,and which are the section masts. It will save some time by using this way for the installation works, our clients like this way very much.

After the installing the base mast,then will start to install the Jib . The Tower Crane including the Lifting Jib and Balance Jib. Then they will start to jack the section masts and other parts, After all installation works are done, they will start to test the electric motors and Tower Cranes.

When all parts test well, the Tower Crane can be used for the building works.
