Brand New 6ton Self Erecting Construction Tower Crane
This series of tower cranesconstruction, ranging from QTZ31.5 to QTZ315 has a horizontal jib fram
e, a jib-trolley radius-changing mechanism and a hydraulic self-raising mechanism . The crane can
be divided into top-slewing crane and down-slewing crane.
Its crane arm is 56m, tip load is 1ton, max load is 5ton, Max attach height is 140m.
It is original in design, reliable in operation and satisfactory in shape. Equipped with all necessary
safety devices, these cranes show a good speedcontrol capacity, satisfactory operating stability and
high work efficiency.
Introduction of self erecting tower crane:
1. It has ultra long arm and large coverage area.
2. The standard segment section is wide. Rigidity is good. Complete machine is stable and swings
slightly when craning.
3. The standard segment principal branch is big.
4. The electrical system uses domestic high quality or importing parts. Its performance is stable and
reliable.
5. The standard segment, drawbar, top-bottom turntable and other major components is welded by CO2 which penetrates deeply and deforms smally.
6. The slewing mechanism adopts winding motor which starts smoothly and reliably and places
conveniently and efficiently.
7. Hoisting mechanism with good performance in speeding, lifting and declining smoothly.
8. The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct
operation of the equipment. The machine is equipped with lifting height limiter, dolly range-change
limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter, circumgyrating limiter, etc.
9.It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high
efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction,
which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.
